Niagara Falls - a land where wonders never cease - reserve your seat now!

Day 1 -Monday - June 2
Arrive in Niagara Falls

Welcome aboard! We’re off to thundering Niagara Falls, one of Shenandoah Tours’ favorite vacation spots. Journey north and by late afternoon we cross the border and enter the Canadian side of the Niagara River arriving in spectacular Niagara Falls, a natural wonder with exceptional beauty and awe. Horseshoe Falls creates a silver gray mist, complete with a rainbow, as six million cubic feet of water drop nearly 200 feet per minute. Our host hotel is the Country Inn & Suites. For our enjoyment there are a variety of shops, restaurants, and sightseeing attractions as well as Casino Niagara. A free evening for individual interests.

Day 2 - Tuesday - June 3
Sightseeing Tour / Welland Canal / Skylon Tower

Join our local guide for a morning sightseeing tour. We’ll explore the area sights including the world famous Floral Clock, giant hydroelectric plants, Horticulture Center, and Queen Victoria Park. In addition, we’ll stop at the Welland Canal Locks providing passage for cargo ships between Lakes Erie and Ontario. Enjoy an included dinner this evening in the Skylon Tower revolving dining room overlooking the falls, and then view the Falls in colorful lights. (B,D)

Day 3 - Wednesday - June 4
Niagara-on-the-Lake / Cruise / Butterfly Conservatory

Explore Niagara-on-the-Lake, a beautiful 19th century village on Lake Ontario, at the mouth of the Niagara River. Worth a visit for its charm alone, it features historic shops and colonial homes with immaculate gardens. No visit to Niagara Falls would be complete without experiencing a thrilling cruise to view the thundering falls from river level. Enjoy the Butterfly Conservatory featuring over 2,000 butterflies in this tropical oasis. A free evening allows time for shopping and additional sightseeing on our own. (B)

Join Shenandoah Tours for a world of enjoyment aboard Royal Caribbean’s Vision of the Seas! This nine-night cruise departs Baltimore, Maryland, bound for the island of Bermuda located 600 miles off of North Carolina’s coast. Our ship docks at Royal Naval Dockyard, Bermuda, then continues to Cococay and Nassau, Bahamas.

    BERMUDA

Bermuda is a string of islands 21 miles long and 2 miles wide. The mainland is a graceful chain of seven islands joined by roads and bridges, while the colony itself is composed of more than 150 islands. We’re sure to fall in love with the courteous, British-accented people whose smiles are as warm as the Bermuda sun. The surrounding sea is a perfect deep blue-green and the sands are a delicate shell-pink. Bermuda’s Capital, Hamilton, is a latticework of pastel homes surrounded by tropical flowers, old world carriages and clusters of shops filled with fine bone china, Irish linens and Scottish tweeds. After only a few hours here we’ll agree that the beauty of Bermuda is simply unmatched.

    NASSAU, BAHAMAS

Welcome...stretches of beaches and swaying coconut palms offer an oasis of shade, and warm, crystal clear waters reveal the secrets of incredible marine life. Whether shopping for duty-free gifts and mementos or relaxing by blue waters on pink sand beaches, chances are we’ll leave this happy place with many beautiful memories.

    PERFECT DAY - COCOCAY, BAHAMAS

This is a day unlike any other...crystal clear tropical water and powdery sand. Enjoy the beachfront infinity pool, conquer the world’s tallest waterslide in North America, or take a helium balloon ride. It’s all here for our enjoyment at Royal Caribbean’s private island...Cococay.
